    Work Detail

    I. The Subject Of The Order Are Funeral Services Carried Out At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Consisting In The Organization Of Collective Burial Of Dead Children. The Essence Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Comprehensive Funeral Service To Collect The Collective Burial Of The Corpses Of Deadly Born, Regardless Of The Duration Of Pregnancy, Which The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Provide Pursuant To Art. 17 Para. 1 Point 15 Of The Act Of 12 March 2014 On Social Assistance (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283) And Art. 10 Para. 3 Of The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Hiding The Dead (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 576). Ii. The Number Of Burials Of Children Born Dead Covered By A Collective Burial Service Is 540.Iii. The Execution Of The Order Depends On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Fail To Perform The Order In A Maximum Of 5 %. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim.Iv. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz, Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz.
