The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Respite Care Services As Part Of A Daily Stay, At The Place Of Residence Of A Disabled Person, I.E. Direct Care For A Child Or An Adult Whose Disability Is Associated With A Wide Spectrum Of Health Problems Leading To A Significant Limitation Of Independence, Residing In The Commune Of Rawicz (Recipient), During The Absence Of Family Members Or Factual Carers, As Part Of The Family And Policy Program, As Part Of The Program Social Respite Care For Local Government Units - Edition 2025, Implemented As Part Of The Solidarity Fund For The Support Of Disabled People. Treatment Care Should Be Understood As Ad Hoc, Temporary Support Of Family Members Or Guardians Who Provide Direct Care, With The Nature Of Respite Services, I.E. Relief From Everyday Duties Combining With The Care Of A Person With Disabilities By Ensuring Temporary Representation In This Respect. Thanks To This Support, People Involved On A Daily Basis In Taking Care Of A Person With Disabilities Will Have Time That They Can Spend On Rest And Regeneration, As Well As To Deal With The Necessary Life Matters. Treatment Care Services May Also Serve To Periodically Secure The Needs Of A Person With A Disabilities In A Situation Where Family Members Or Carers Will Not Be Able To Perform Their Duties For Various Reasons. The Service Of Respite Should Be Conducted In Accordance With The Subjectivity Of The Disabled And Their Independence. The Service Will Be Implemented Each Time In The Place Of Residence/Stay Of A Disabled Person Including Children, In The Rawicz Commune (Detailed Data Will Be Provided After Accepting The List Of Participants), Every Day Of The Week, From 6.00 To 22.00. The Implementation Of Services On The Days And Hours Determined Between The Recipient And The Contractor, With The Proviso That The Maximum Length Of The Uninterrupted Provision Of Respite Care Services Is 12 Hours For One Person With Disabilities. The Limit Of Respite Care Services Per 1 Participant Is No More Than 240 Hours. The Employer Explains That The Concept Of The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Should Be Understood Only By The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, I.E. Excluding The Time Needed To Access Or Access.
