    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of It Equipment And Software Together With Installation, Configuration And Launch For The Needs Of The Municipal Office In Kobylin And The Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Kobylin As Part Of The Project Improving Cybersecurity In The Commune Of Kobylin. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Factory New, Unsolved, Unused, Unmodified, Technically Efficient, Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, Free From Legal Defects And, Complete. The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Withdrawn From Production. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Produced No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Delivery Date. The Employer Reserves The Right To Verify The Software Legality Of The Software And Desired Service Modes From The Manufacturer. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Delivery, Assembly, Installation Of Hardware And Software To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Employer Requires That The Supplied Licenses For Software And Operating Systems Be New And Have Never Been Activated Or Used On Other Devices Before. The Subject Of The Contract Must Come From Legal Sources, Including Authorized Sales Channels In The Eu. The Offered Products Must Have The Manufacturers Support, In Accordance With The Detailed Requirements Specified In The Documents Of The Procedure, Including In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In The Scope Of Reporting Technical Problems And Access To System Corrections And Upgrades. During The Support Period, The Employer Must Have The Right To Update Free To The Latest Version Of The Products If They Are Published By The Manufacturer Of The Supplied Hardware And Software. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Ensure Its Safe Use.
