Packed Alcoholic Beverages Should Be Supplied In Original, Intact Packaging, Marked In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of 23 December 2014 On The Marking Of Individual Types Of Foods (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 29, As Amended). 6. Packaging Of Alcoholic Beverages Should Contain Such Information As: Product Name, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer Or Entrepreneur Packing Food, List And Number Of Ingredients Or Category Of Ingredients, Net Content In The Package, Date Of Minimum Durability Or Shelf Life, Storage Conditions. 7. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Qualitative Defects Of The Supplied Products (Hidden, Not Hidden) And For Damage Resulting From Their Transport And Is Obliged To Immediately Replace The Defective Goods On Their Own And At Its Own Expense. 8. In The Event Of Defects In The Supplied Articles, Or If The Delivery Of Articles Is Not In Line With The Ordered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace Them Within 2 Business Days Of Notification By Electronic (E-Mail) By The Contracting Authority. 9. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Delivery Or Part Of The Delivery In Each Assortment Item. The Scope Of The Order May Be Reduced To 50% (I.E. Made In 50%) Of The Total Value Of The Order. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claims In This Respect. 10. The Number Of Articles Specified In Annexes No. 1 - 1B To Swz - Offer Forms, Are Estimated Amounts That The Contracting Authority Intends To Fulfill During The Contract Of The Contract And Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Contracting Authority To Buy Articles In The Number Indicated In The Forms. 11. Equivalent Solutions11.1 If The Contracting Authority Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions To Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.
