3.1. Subject Of The Contract: Specialist Training Services For Teachers And Students As Part Of The Project Entitled: Good Professional - A Better Future - Iii. Tasks Are Carried Out As Part Of The Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0057/23-00 Mon.: Good Professional-Better Future Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program Of The European Funds For Łódź For 2021-2027. 3.2. The Order Concerns The Preparation, Organization And Conduct Of The Course For Students: A Lecture With A Dietitian For Classes From The Ecological Nutritional Circle For 36 Students.3.3. Cpv Code: 80510000-2 Specialist Training Services3.4. The Contractor Is Not Able To Attach People To The Group He Recruited By The Contracting Authority. 3.5. The Contractor Undertakes Not To Burn The Participants With Any Additional Costs. 3.6. The Contractor Must Provide Adequate Technical Resources, Necessary For Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Meeting The Requirements In The Field Of Health And Safety. 3.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Monitor Individual Stages, Including The Exam, Including To Inform Students About The Date Of The Exam, About The Examination Of The Required Documents By The Examination - If Concerned. 3.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 8 To This Swz. 3.9. The Contracting Authority Does Not Set The Requirement Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Performing Activities During The Contract Under The Employment Contract. 3.10. The Employer Does Not Provide For Requirements For The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3.11. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.3.12 Act.
