    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cleaning Products For The Sp Zoz Mswia In Krakow, Tarnów And Nowy Sącz As Part Of 6 Separated Packages. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 2 To This Specification. This Description Should Be Read Along With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, Which Is, For Example, The Result Of Answers To The Inquiries Of Contractors. The Quantities Given Are An Estimated Demand For A Period Of 12 Months And Are Used To Calculate The Price Of The Offer (I.E. Determining The Maximum Remuneration Of The Contractor). 2. Imaginations Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: A) The Offered Product Must Be In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex 2 To Swz; B) The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New. Recondited Equipment And Demonstration Equipment, Used; C) The Subject Of The Contract Should Not Be Allowed To Be Free From All Physical And Legal Defects; D) In The Case Of Lease Of Dispensers, The Contracting Authority Requires That They Be Delivered, Mounted In Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority. At Each Call Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Or Replace The Damaged Dispenser With A New One.
