The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Implementation Of The System For Managing Information And Security Of Security Supported By The System For Analyzing Behavior According To The Following Specification: 1 In The Scope Of The Basic (Guaranteed) Order: A) Implementation Of Stage I (Preparatory) Containing: Aa) Containing: Development And Transfer Of The Schedule; Bb) Development And Transfer Of A Technical Project, B) Implementation Of Stage Ii (Implementation) In The Scope Of: Aa) Providing Equipment Together With The Technical Support Of The Equipment Manufacturer For A Period Of At Least 36 Months; Bb) Providing A Software License With The Technical Support Of The Software Manufacturer For At Least 36 Months; Cc) System Implementation In Accordance With The Technical Project; Dd) Development And Transfer Of As -Built Documentation, C) Implementation Of Stage Iii (Knowledge Transfer) In The Scope Of Technical Workshops In The Field Of System Service And Administration. 2. In The Scope Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Pzp Act: Provision Of Technical Assistance By The Contractor In Emergency Mode And In Standard Mode. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Detailed Terms And Rules For The Performance Of The Order Were Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
