    Cleaning And Sanitation Services - Provision Of Cleaning And Disinfection Of Rooms As Part Of A Joint Order. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of The Provision Of Services In Two Entities: At The Health Center In Mikołów Sp. Z O.O. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Cleaning And Disinfection Of Rooms As Well As The Services Of Patients In The Field Of Medical Care In The Hospital And The Provision Of Cleaning And Disinfection Services In Clinics And The Administration Building 1) A Detailed Description Of The Rooms And The Principles Of Maintaining Cleanliness And The Scope Of Duties Of Employees Performing Services In The Ordering Facilities, The Method Of Dealing With Waste, Clean And Dirty Underwear Is Included In Annex 2.1. Attached To This Swz 2) The Service Provided Must Be In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex 2.1. At The Contractors Request, After Signing The Contract, The Employer Will Provide Relevant Procedures. And In The Hospital Of Lung Diseases In Orzesz 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Comprehensive Maintenance, Taking Into Account Disinfection In Accordance With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Connector 2.2. To This Swz. 2) The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A. The Provision Of Comprehensive Maintenance Of Cleanliness B. Cleaning And Environmental Service Of Rooms C. Delivery Of Cleaning Products, Disinfectants And Disinfecting Agents Of The Service Will Be Carried Out For 7 Days A Week, Including Free Days And Holidays.
