    Sport -Related Services - Occupational Health Promotion - Company Fitness. The Cologne University Hospital (Ukk) Is A Maximum Hospital. For The 11,700 Ukk Employees, The Ukk Intends To Conclude A Contract For Occupational Health Promotion. The Order Includes The Provision Of Health -Promoting Measures For The Ukk Employees. The Aim Is To Increase The Health And Well -Being Of Employees As Well As Employer Attractiveness. The Offers Should Be Flexible, Individually Customizable And Easily Accessible In Terms Of Time And Locally. In Particular, Employees Should Be Able To Choose From A Variety Of Possible Sports, Fitness And Wellness Offers And Not Be Limited To One Or A Few Providers And Locations. The Employees Should Be Able To Select The Suitable Offer For Them From A Diverse Network Of Providers. For This Purpose, A Contract With An Aggregator Is To Be Concluded. An Aggregator In This Sense Is A Service Company That Enables Members To Use A Wide Range Of Sports And Health Offers Regardless Of A Specific Provider On Site Or Online. The Focus Should Be On On-Site Offers Within A Radius Of 30Km To The Ukk. All Employees Of The Ukk With A Fee Should Then Be Able To Complete Memberships To Participate In The Sports Offers.
