Open Procedure Above Community Threshold, Pursuant To Art. 71, Legislative Decree No. 36/2023 For The Assignment Of A Framework Agreement, Pursuant To Art. 59 Paragraph 3 Of The Code, Concerning The Training Service In The It Field In Consideration Of The Nature Of The Framework Agreement, All The Quantities Indicated In The Tender Documentation Are Merely Indicative And Not Binding. The Estimated Value Represents The Maximum Amount Of The Relative Framework Agreement And Is Not Subject To Reduction; This Amount Is In No Way Demanding Or Binding For Rai. The Actual Amounts Of The Activities To Be Carried Out Will Be Determined When Stipulating Implementation Contracts. In Particular, The Value Of Each Implementing Contract Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Necessary Quantities And The Contractual Price For Half A Day Of Training/Man Resulting From The Application Of The Discount Offered In The Tender. Taking Into Account The Principles On The Subject, The Contract Is Divided Into A Single Lot In That It Concerns The Provision Of A Service That Presents Itself Unitary And Not Divisible From A Functional Point Of View And Which Must Consequently Have Homogeneous Performance Requirements On The Different It Technological Areas As It Is Functionally Connected To The Implementation Of Strictly Interconnected Activities With Each Other Since Overall Aimed At The Unit Service. The Choice Made Also Allows To Guarantee The Effectiveness Of The Services Requested In Terms Of Expected Result, Also Configuring A Single Center Of Responsibility For The Client.
