Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock - Review Of The Fourth Level Of P4 Maintenance Together With Additional Work On Four (4) En64 Series Vehicles (Type 40Wea). The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Perform Work On Vehicles Consisting In The Performance Of: 1) Review Of The Fourth Level Of Maintenance (P4) Of Four (4) Electric Traction Units Of The 40Wea, En64 Series With En64-004 Numbers, En64-006, En64-007 And En64-008, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Documentation Of The Maintenance System No. (Kmł V.2) On The Terms Set Out In The Documentation Of The Procedure. 2) Additional Works Going Beyond The Constant Dsu Scope, The Need To Perform Will Be Diagnosed By The Contractor In The Course Of Reviews From The P4 Maintenance Level For Individual 40Wea Vehicles, The En64 Series Indicated In Point 1 Above, As Part Of The Cost Limit Of These Works Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Documentation Of The Procedure. 3) Optional Works Implemented Under The Law Of The Option Indicated In § 23 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract For Four (4) Electric Traction Units Of The En64 Series Indicated In Point 1 Above, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Annex 8 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 4) Development Of Technical Documentation For Vehicles Indicated In Point 1 Taking Into Account All The Work Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Preparation Of Accompanying Documentation, Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of These Works And The Use Of Vehicles After The Works Performed, Updating The Technical Documentation Of Vehicles By The Contractor (In Particular Ideological, Assembly And Structural Schemes, Technical And Movement Documentation, Exchange Of Spare Parts, Documentation Of The System Supplement) To The Extent Resulting From The Work Performed, Together With The Awarding Entitys License To The Technical Documentation Created In The Course Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The P4 Maintenance Level, In Accordance With The Applicable Documentation Of The Maintenance System Referred To In The Regulation And Technical And Movement Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Professional Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract By A Qualified, Trained Staff With Necessary Permissions And Certificates. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To Ensuring The Personnel Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And The Place Of Provision Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Present To The Employer A List Of Additional Works That Go Beyond The Constant Dsu Scope, The Need For Performance Was Diagnosed By The Contractor During The P4 Review Along With The Cost Estimate Of These Works. The Contracting Authority Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The List Of Works And The Cost Estimate Will Order The Contractor To Perform A Whole Or Indicated By The Ordering Party Of The Works, As Part Of The Sum Of The Maximum Remuneration Limit Indicated In The Documentation Of The Procedure. In The Event Of A Delay In Confirmation Of The Implementation Of Additional Works By The Ordering Party, The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Subject To Pr
