The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Quantities Of Active Electricity To The Objects Of The Dgsbzn And Its Territorial Units And The Provision Of Services By Performing Activity As A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, In Accordance With The Energy Act (Ea), Electricity Trade (Ptee) And Rules For Measuring Quantity Measurement Of The Quantity. The Award Of The Public Procurement Is Intended To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Current Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All The Services Used By The Contracting Authority As The Final Customer: Access To The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transfer Through The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Balancing Liability, As Well As Settles For The Payments Due To The Payments. Quantity Or Volume Of The Order: 7 286 Mwh. The Estimated Quantity Is Determined On The Basis Of The Electricity Consumed For A One -Year Period At The Sites Of The Dgsbzn And Its Territorial Units, Indicated In Table Form In Table 1: Consumed Amount Of Electricity By The Number Of Sites Of The Dgcd/Sdpsn/Rdpsn For 2024 - Annex To The Technical Specification. The Amount Of Electricity Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information For The Purposes Of This Order. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Does Not In Any Way Commit The Contracting Authority To Consume It And In No Way Restricts The Consumption Of The Contracting Authority Only Within Its Framework, While The Provider Is Obliged To Deliver The Required Amount Of Electricity For The Entire Contract Period.
