This Call For Tenders Comes Within The Framework Of The Project To Build The New T1 Tram Line, Around 4.725 Km, Between Renens Station And Flon Station In Lausanne, Which Constitutes The First Stage Of The Strong Axes Project Of The Lausanne-Morges Agglomeration. This Line Will Serve Optimally And Highly Raised This Sector In High Expansion And Will Complete The Public Transport Network By Also Providing Improvements To The Living Environment Of The Inhabitants. This 4,725 -Meter Length Project Will Include 10 Stations For A Denviron 15 -Minute Journey Time. This Call For Tenders Concerns The Acquisition, Delivery, Linstallation And Commissioning Of An Automated Device For Measuring The Profile Of The Wheels To The New Lausanne Tram. The Services Also Include The Provision Of Complete Technical Documentation, The Training Of User And Maintenance Staff, As Well As The Necessary Tests And Validations Before Operating. The Main Technical And Functional Specificities Expected For This Device Are As Follows: * Automatic Identification Of Bogies: The System Will Have To Recognize Each Individual Bogie, Ensuring Complete Traceability Of The Measurements Made. * Precision And Repeatability Of The Measures: The Tool Must Guarantee A Precise Measurement Of The Profile Of The Wheels With High Repeatability In Order To Ensure Reliable Monitoring Of Wear And Quickly Detect The Differences Compared To The Defined Tolerances. * Measure In The Parade: The Measurements Will Be Carried Out Automatically Without Prolonged Immobilization Of Vehicles, Thus Ensuring A Fluid Operational Flow. * Robustness And Easy Integration: The Proposed Equipment Must Be Robust And Adapted To The Rail Environment, While Easily Sinted To Existing Installations (Civil, Mechanical, Electric And Pneumatic Engineering). Located Outside, The Latter Should Resist All The Usual Weather Conditions On The Site. * Ergonomic User Interface: The Tool Must Have An Intuitive Interface Allowing A Simple And Effective Exploitation Of The Data Collected, Thus Facilitating Their Integration Into The Predictive Maintenance Process. He Must Be Able To Contact The Erp (Enterprise Resource Planning) Currently Used By The Contracting Authority (Sap) In Order To Be Able To Transmit Information To The Tour Of Tour
