The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery Together With The Service Of Dismantling And Assembly Of Led Lighting Fittings At The Oncology Center Of The Lublin Land. (Approvals, Certificates, Declarations, Catalog Cards, Etc.) For Lighting Fittings For Healthcare Buildings In Order To Accept Materials By The Ordering Party, *Delivery - Purchase, Delivery, Unloading And Transport In Place Of Assembly, *Assembly Of New Led Luminaires, *Execution Of Lighting Intensity And Transfer Of Reports From Measurements In Paper Form. As Part Of The Assembly Service, The Contractor Will Dismantle The Luminaires And Utilize The Resulting Waste, After Installing New Led Luminaires In The Event Of Damage, Reproduces All Violated Surfaces, The Contracting Authority Requires That All Luminaires Subject To Delivery As Part Of The Order Should Be Factory -New For General Lighting Luminaires, The Contractor Will Apply The Luminaires Of One Manufacturer, Similar To Lighting And Emergency And Evacuation Luminaires. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Present Necessary Documents For Lighting Fittings Mounted In Healthcare Buildings (Catalog Cards, Declaration Of Conformity, Certificates, Approvals) To Accept Materials Intended For Assembly. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Exchange Of Part Of The Electrical Wiring, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Performance And Functioning Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Wiring Replacement Will Be Made In A Situation If The Technical Condition Of The Existing Installation Prevents The Proper Operation Of New Luminaires. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify On His Own Which Part Of The Electric Wiring Requires Replacement. The Contractor Will Include All Necessary Elements Or Accessories Needed To Properly Install New Lighting Fittings. The Contractor Will Adapt To The Organizational Capabilities Of The Employer And Will Work In Such A Way As Not To Disturb The Normal And Current Work Of The Hospital. Work On The Operating Theater Will Be Able To Take Place In The Afternoon/Evening After The Last Surgery And On Weekends. After Each Work Day, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up After The Robots. All Bothersome Works Should Be Agreed With The Employer, All Connections Of The Luminaires Are On The Side Of The Contractor. Contractor Employees Carrying Out Works Will Have Identifiers (Clothing, Stamps, Plates), Enabling Them To Be Recognized On The Premises.
