    Tenders are invited for Acquisition and Installation of Gas Trans Platform Equipment for the MPG School in Nouakchott The platform equipment includes: 15 kva diesel generator set. Control and instrumentation systems; Platform simulators; Direct drive screw compressors; Gas processing module; Gas safety solenoid valve; Ball or globe valve; Bench for studying pressure losses in pipes, elbows and valves; Rotating machine diagnostic system (Vibrations, Displacement, Speed, acceleration, etc.). The Call for Tender documents, in authentic version sealed by the CPMP/MEP and the DREAM 1-MEP project, may be obtained at the address mentioned below against a non-refundable payment to the Public Treasury exclusively, of ten thousand (10,000) MRU . Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Bids must be submitted to the address indicated at the end of this notice no later than 12:00 UTC on September 23, 2025. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Envelopes marked ORIGINAL BID, and inner envelopes marked TECHNICAL PART will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives present in person and any person who has chosen to attend, at the address below indicated at the end of this notice on September 23, 2025 at 12:00 UTC. All envelopes marked FINANCIAL PART must remain unopened and will be kept in a safe place by the Purchaser until the second public opening of Bids. All Offers must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee of 700,000MRU . The guarantee must be inserted in the technical part of the offer.
