The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Printing And Copying Of Documents Through The Multifunctional Machines Provided For Use By The Contractor (Copy, Printer, Scanner) Using Network Printing And Copying. The Contractor Provides The Contracting Authority For The Entire Period Of Provision Of The Services: 597 Multifunctional Machines (Copy, Printer, Scanner) Format A3/A4 (Type 1) With Estimated Monthly Load 5,000 Copies Of A Machine; 946 Multifunction Machines (Copy, Printer, Scanner) Format A4 (Type 2) With Estimated Monthly Load 1,500 Copies Per Machine; 8 Multifunctional Machines (Copy, Printer, Scanner) For Color Printing Using Network Printing And Copying, A3/A4 Format (Type 3) With An Estimated Monthly Load Of 400 Copies Of A Machine For Which It Provides The Maintenance Of The Cooker, Consumables And Photocopy Paper Format A4 And A3 For The Multifunctional Machines Provided For Use Of The Contracting Authority (Type 1, Type 2 And Type 3), The Contractor Must Carry Out The Necessary Settings And Put Them Into Operation; To Provide Charging With A4 Paper Format As Needed, After A Request Through The Relevant Structure/Responsible Person; To Ensure Loading With A3 Photocopy Paper, If Necessary, After A Request Through The Relevant Structure/Responsible Person; The Paper (A4 Format And A3 Format) Is Delivered Ex -Warehouse Of The Contracting Authority - The Administrative Address Of The Structure In Which The Machines Are Located, Within One Working Day Of Receipt Of The Application; To Take Into Account The Realized Number Of Copies Through Its Representatives, In The Presence Of A Representative Of The Contracting Authority; To Eliminate Damage To 24 (Twenty -Four) Hours After Receiving A Notification From The Coordinators/Responsible Persons For The Contracting Authority; Provide All Consumables And Spare Parts Necessary For Maintenance Of The Multifunctional Machines Provided For Use Within 24 (Twenty -Four) Hours Of Submission Of An Application; To Provide Original/Compatible, New, Unused And Non -Recycled Consumables; Provide A Turnover Technique With Similar Parameters Of A Defective Multifunctional Machine For The Repair Time If It Continues More Than 3 (Three) Working Days. The Total Monthly Estimated Number Of Black And White Copies That The Contracting Authority Plans To Implement With The 597 Multifunctional Copy Machines Provided By The Contractor Is 2 985 000. The Total Monthly Estimated Number Of Black And White Copies That The Contracting Authority Plans To Be Provided By The Contractor 2 Color Copies That The Contracting Authority Plans To Implement With The 8 Multifunctional Machines Of Type 3 Provided By The Contractor Is 1 600 Black And White Copies And
