Road Construction Works - Design And Execution Works For The Investment Objective Implementation Of 3000 Km Of Cycloturistic Routes At National Level, For The Cycloturistic Route At Suceava County. The Contract Has As Object Design And Execution Of Works, Including Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Period Of The Works And The Technical Verification Of The Technical Project And The Execution Details At The Investment Objective Implementation Of 3000 Km Of Cyclistics At National Level Within The National Resignation And Resility Program, Component 11 - Cyclotourism Routes, For The Cycloturistic Route Identified At Suceava County. The Project Proposes The Construction/Arrangement Of Approximately 494 Km Of Cycloturistic Route Along The Via Transilvanica Route In The Three Counties. The Present Contract Has As An Investment Object The Route Identified At The Level Of Suceava County, With A Length Of 194.355 Km, Implemented Within The Above Mentioned Project. The Results Anticipated By The Contracting Authority Following The Award Of The Contract Of Works, Design And Execution Of Works, For The Investment Objective Implementation Of 3000 Km Of Cycloturistic Routes At National Level, For The Route Identified At Suceava County, Are: I. Design: The Design Activity Refers To: - The Necessary Technical Documentation/Authorizations/Authorizations; - Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Works (D.T.A.C.); - Elaboration Of The Documentation For Organizing The Execution Of The Works (D.T.O.E.); - Elaboration Of The Technical Project, As Well As The Specifications By Specialties For The Execution Of The Works, Execution Details, Technical Files; - Technical Verification Of Quality Of Technical Documentation - At The Phase D.T.A.C. + P.T.E.; - Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works And During The Guarantee Period Granted To The Works Until The Final Reception Is Admitted. The Independent Verification Performed At The Level Of Detail Equivalent To The Verification In Accordance With The Romanian Legislation In The Field Of Constructions, More Precisely With Law No. 10/1995 Regarding The Quality In Constructions, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, Will Be Carried Out By Authorized Verifiers. The Obligation To Submit The Documentation For Verification To The Verifiers Of Authorized Projects Is The Task Of The Entrepreneur/Designer. The Technical Execution Project With Execution Details Will Be Considered Final Only After Being Verified And Stamped By The Authorized Verifiers And Will Be Approved By The Beneficiary Representative. The Contractor Has The Obligation To Ensure That All The Experts/Verifiers Are Independent And Are Not In Any Way Of Incompatibility With The Responsibilities Granted To Them And/Or With The Activities They Will Carry Out Within The Contract.
