    Tenders are invited for Construction and Furnishing of Municipal Infrastructure Closing Date: 18th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: The Nkwanta South Municipal intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Development of infrastructure in the Municipality in the Oti Region as indicated below: LOT 1 Description: Construction sand furnishing of 1 no. CHPS Compound with3 -unit residential accommodation with medical equipment at Vume, tender security: 2% Additional Information: 1. The Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in Public Procurement Act 2003. Act 663 and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (914) and in the guideline issued by Public Procurement Authority of Ghana. 4. Tenders shall be valid for 90days after the deadline for tender opening. Interested tenderers shall be requested as part of the tendering process to submit the following valid documents: i. Company Registration Certificate ii. Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid up To Month of Tender Submission) iii. Public Procurement Registration Certificate or Receipt iv. Tender Security-2% of Tender Sum v. SSNIT Clearance Certificate vi. VAT Certificate vii. Other Document indicated in the Tender data viii. Works and Housing Certificate ix.
