The Sissala East Municipal Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors of the following categories (ClassD3/K3 and above). Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as Amended, the Guidelines and the Regulations of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 2.A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢1,000.00). 3.
