    Tenders are invited for Proposed Construction Pr Orthotics and Prosthetics Centre for Ghana Health Service Closing Date: 19th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: LOT 1 PROJECT NAME: Proposed Construction pr Orthotics and Prosthetics Centre for Ghana Health Service Completion Period: 6 Months Additional Information: 3. This IFT follows Notices/Bulletins for this project that appeared in local newspapers and Public Procurement Authority (PPA) website www.ppaghana.org, all dated 4th September, 2025. The Volta Regional Health Directorate now invites sealed Tenders (Tenders) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (Tenderers) to provide the works referenced above. 4. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT. 5. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant Tender Documents. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 6. A contractor will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh. 7. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. Valid Business Registration Certificate. Valid Certificate of Incorporation. Valid Works and Housing Certificate. Valid Labour Certificate.
