    Request for proposals for GCF Oracle Support & Maintenance Services LTA 2026-2028. Financial Proposal documents must be uploaded with document type From Supplier, and Commercial Proposal. Please ensure that your Financial Proposal clearly demonstrates how you have arrived at the prices entered for each pricing component. Please check that you have reviewed and followed all the steps for Submitting a (quotation or) proposal in response to a GCF (RFQ or) RFP linked on our website, here: https://www.greenclimate.fund/document/gcf-supplier-portal102-submitting-quotation-or-proposal-response-gcf-rfq-or-rfp. Please also review our GCF Instructions to Bidders - RFP document where Section II provides Advice when Entering Proposals through the Portal which also includes submissions note this is also linked in the RFP here on the portal, and on our website, here: https://www.greenclimate.fund/sites/default/files/document/instructionsbidders-rfp-october-2024.pdf. While bidders are strongly encouraged to submit proposals via the supplier portal, if you are unable to submit a response correctly via the portal, you may submit your proposal via email to devans@gcfund.org, copying tenders@gcfund.org, and in this case please take care to follow exactly the instructions indicated in Section IX of the GCF Instructions to Bidders RFP document. Importantly, please ensure that your Financial Proposal is password protected if submitted via email.
