    Work Detail

    Tenders are invited for Providing Janitorial Service of Horana Export Processing Zone. The Work Consists of Sweeping Floors of Old and New Administration Buildings, Daily Sweeping and Cleaning of the Garden around Old and New Administration Building Areas, and Cleaning Internal and External Walls with Soffits, Doors, Windows, Toilets, Roof Gutters, etc. The Contract Period is Two Years from the Date of Award. A complete set of Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application on a business letterhead to the Senior Deputy Director (HEPZ) Zone Office, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Horana Export Processing Zone, Boralugoda, Poruwadanda from 03.09.2025 until 17.09.2025 between 09.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000.00 + VAT (SSCL Inclusive). The method of payment will be by cash. Bid Security: LKR 35500/- A Pre Bid meeting will be held at 10.30 hrs on 11.09.2025 in Horana Export Processing Zone.
