Bids must be submitted online on the e Procurement System at latest by Tuesday 09.09.2025 up to 10.30 hrs (Local Time) 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 09.09.2025 from 16.01 hours to Thursday 11.09.2025 up to 10.25 hours. 5.
