    Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Activation and Establishment of a Ere-Fabricated Wastewater Treatment Plant & Sewerage System for Base Hospital - Pottuvil. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Deputy Director General (Engineering), Ministry of Health & Mass Media, 7th Floor, Medihouse Building, No. 26, Sri Sangaraja Mawatha, Colombo 10 and site inspections should be carried out at the respective hospital. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Additional Secretary (Procurement), Ministry of Health & Mass Media, 2nd Floor, Medihouse Building, No. 26, Sri Sangaraja Mawatha, Colombo 10 from 11.08.2025 until 08.09.2025 from 09.50 hrs to 15.00 hrs, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000.00. The method of payment will be by cash only. Bids shall he delivered to the address below, at or before 10.00 hrs on 09.09.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing, in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 91 days from Bid closing date from 09.09.2025 to 09.12.2025 or any extended period requested by client. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 1,200,000.00 and should be addressed to Secretary, Ministry of Health & Mass Media.
