Working in collaboration with the grievance management committees in the project area, the NGO/FIRM will be responsible for: Developing community strategies for communication and awareness on grievance management in the project intervention zones; Organizing and implementing awareness and social mobilization activities on combating communicable diseases, including HIV/AIDS, Ebola, and COVID-19; Organizing awareness sessions for roadside communities and road users on road safety; Developing integrated community initiatives for managing nuisances, accidents, and protecting works and equipment; Strengthening and coordinating grievance management committees activities; Collecting and reporting data related to the grievance management mechanism in the project area; Raising awareness and building community capacities on conflict prevention and management; Raising community awareness on the risks associated with open and unrestored quarries, and the safety measures to be observed by communities in the project area; Contributing to the improvement of support services for vulnerable people; Developing a support plan for grassroots womens community organizations for the sustainable use of multifunctional platforms; Proposing mechanisms for capitalizing on and documenting successful evidencebased experiences; Strengthening the capacities of women and girls at risk of GBV and sexual exploitation and abuse; Collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data in accordance with ethical principles of social protection; Identifying and providing information on social indicators arising from this mission; Producing quarterly reports throughout the duration of the assignment and a final report. 8.
