The Subject Of The Contract Under: 1) The Basic Order Is: A) The Supply Of Licenses For A Period Of 12 Months In The Subscription Model For Software Based On Apache Kafka Technology, Intended For A Streaming, Distributed Saving, Processing, Processing And Disclosure Of Data In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Chapter Ii Volume Iii Swz - Opz; B) Providing Warranty For The Software On The Conditions Specified In The Chapter Iv Volume Iii Swz - Opz, In Force For 12 Months; C) Conducting Position Instruction On The Conditions Specified In The Chapter V Volume Iii Swz - Opz. 2) The Order Covered By Option No. 1 Is To Provide The Contractor By The Contractor Within The Time Limit Set For The Implementation Of The Notification Under Option 1, Consultation Services In The Field Of Architecture, Configuration Of The Solution And Implementation Of New Versions, Corrections, For The Software Provided By The Contractor By A Dedicated Technical Architect, During The 12 -Month Subscription For A License From The Basic Order, By A Maximum Of 250, By A Maximum Of 250 Man -Hours. 3) Order Covered By Option No. 2 Is The Delivery Of A Software License In The Subscription Model In Force For The Next 12 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Subscription For The License From The Basic Order Together With The Warranty For The Software Provided Under The Conditions Specified In Chapter. Iv Opz In Force For The Duration Of Subscription Under Option 2. 2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Volume Iii Swz - Opz And Volume Ii Swz - Ppu.
