    Polymerase Chain Reaction (Pcr) Equipment - Vz0224988: Multiplex Pcr System - Loan Incl. Delivery Of Consumables. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Loan 1 Pcs Multiplex Pcr System Examination With Quality Warranty And Full Operability Min. During The Performance Of The Contract Including The Supply Of The Necessary Consumables, Performing Periodic Safety Technical Inspections And Calibration Of The Equipment. These Will Be New, Unprecedented, Unused Fully Functional And Complete Medical Devices, Including Accessories Or Technologies Provided By The Manufacturer And Together With All The Rights Necessary For Its Proper And Undisturbed Use, Including Professional Assembly, Installation, Full Operation And Staffing. The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment At The Contracting Authoritys Registered Office Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Laws Of The Czech Republic And The Standards And According To The Generally Binding Regulations And The Recommended Methodologies Of The Manufacturer. The Performance Will Include All Validations Or Pbtk (Periodic Safety Technical Inspections) Of The Supplied Medical Device Provided For By Law And Manufacturer (Pursuant To Act No. 375/2022 Coll. Its Implementing Regulations) And The Supply Of The Necessary Consumables Or Other Services Needed To Operate The Supplied Equipment For 84 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment When The Equipment Described In Annex 1 Of The Tender Documentation. The Technical Requirements For The Supplied Device Are Then Specified In Annex 2 Of The Tender Documentation.
