    bf-Eea 058-2025 Framework Agreement Operation And Maintenance Summer And Winter . The Description Of The Description Applies To Bergen Municipality V/ Agency For Housing Management (Ebf), And Includes The Framework Agreement For Summer And Winter Operations Exterior For Properties Managed By The Ebf. The Acquisition Consists Of Brewing And Littering, Placing, As Well As The Ordering Work. The Assignment Consists Of A Fixed Part For Winter Maintenance And A Fixed Part For Summer Maintenance. The Order Section Will Be Mainly Gardener Work. The Gardener Work Could, Among Other Things, Consist Of Closure, Planting, Pruning, Cutting, Assistance In Designing Outdoor Areas. Quantities, Locations And Frequencies Can Be Adjusted Based On The Clients Needs During The Contract Period. The Assignment Has Organized Its Portfolio For Approx. 700 Objects, Which In Turn Consist Of Approx. 1750+ Street Addresses With A Total Of Approx. 5650+ Rental Units.Se Appendix 4A Price Form And Map For Overview Of Fixed Assignments. See Separate Map For Area Division. The Delivery Is Divided Into Three Areas From Area 1 To 3. There Must Be Offers For Each Sub -Competition You Want To Participate In, And At Least One (1) Sub -Competition. The Assignment Will Be Assigned To At Least Two Suppliers And A Maximum Of 3 Suppliers. The Individual Supplier Can Be Allocated Only One Of The 4 Sub -Contracts. Delivery Contract 4 Is The Merger Of Area 1 And Area 3. The Client Will Either Allocate Contracts For Areas 1 And 3, Or Allocate Sub -Contract 4. When Allocating Sub -Contract 4, Sub -Contract 1 And 3 Falls Away. Creation For Allocation Is: Sub -Contract 4 (Deletion Sub -Contract 4) Sub -Contract 2Del Contract 3 (Donation Of Allocation Of Sub -Contract 4)
