    Interpreter Services . Description Assignment Invites This To A Competition For The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Interpreting Services. The Assignment Shall Enter Into A Framework Agreement For 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extension By 1 + 1 Year For The Purchase Of Interpreting Services. The Interpretation Service Shall Include Attendance Interpretation, Telephone Interpretation And Screen Interpretation. The Framework Agreement Must Also Include The Translation Of Documents. Interpretation And Translation Shall Take Place To/From Norwegian And Foreign Languages. As Far As The Client Receives A Sufficient Number Of Suitable Offers, Parallel Framework Agreements Must Be Entered Into With Up To Two Suppliers. Assignments Will Be Rebelled According To The Waterfall Method. See Section 6.1 Of The Framework Agreement For Detailed Information On Call Mechanism. The Estimated Value Of The Agreements A Total Of Nok 14 Million To Nok 25 Million Over Four Years. The Need May Change. Fredrikstad Municipality Is Estimated To Account For Approx. 95 % Of The Value Of The Agreement. Hvaler Municipality Is Estimated To Account For Approx. 5 % Of The Value Of The Agreement. The Estimated Value Shall Be Regarded As A Guide And Is Not Binding On The Client -Solid Description Of The Delivery Follows From The Attachments To The Competitive Basis.
