    Design And Refurbishment Of School Crest Wall And Landscape Of School Entrance 2025 . To Design And Construct The Extension Section To The School Crest Wall And Related Services, Based On Requirements Stated. Please Refer To Annex B For Details., Design, Fabricate And Install The School Name And School Crest Elements.Please Provide Details On The Sizes And The Materials Used For School Name Letterings And School Crest., Design, Fabricate And Install The Word Welcome Signage At The Top Of The New Wall And To Propose Suitable Back-Lighting Or Illumination For The Word Welcome.Please Provide Details On Material And The Size Of The Letters For The Word., Reinstatement Works Including The Exterior Fencing, And The Exposed Ground Area, Where Necessary., Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing School Name Letters And The Crest And Any Other Existing Fixtures., Landscaping Package, Including Design And Creation Of Plant Beds And Other Garden Features, Proposed New Plants, Soil And Other Plant Materials, Based On Requirements Stated. Exclude Cost Of Removing One Tree And Relocation Of Any Other Existing Item, Dismantle And Disposal Of One Tree As Well As Any Other Garden Items (As Identified By School). Disposal Must Comply With Prevailing Safety Standards And Regulations.), To Propose Suitable Spotlights In The Landscape Area, (As An Option).Please State Quantity And Type Of Lighting Elements. The Necessary Electrical Cabling Will Be Done By School Term Contractor., To Propose And Install A Suitable Water Sprinklers System Including The Necessary Piping In The Landscape Area, (As An Option)Please Provide Details On The Type Of Watering System. The Necessary Electrical Cabling Will Be Done By School Term Contractor, To Provide Regular Maintenance And Upkeep Of The New Landscaped Area. Please Quote For Services On Annual Basis And Provide Details Of Services.
