    Tenders are invited for Refrigerator Laboratory - Supply and Delivery and Maintenance Refundable Bid Security (Rs,) 20,000/- Bid Document Fee (Rs.) 2000/- Bid documents may be inspected free of charge and bid documents may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on weekdays from 18.08.2025 until 04.09.2025 on submission of the receipt obtained from the Shroff of the District General Hospital, Monaragala upon payment of the specified bid document fee. Pre bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 27.08.2025 at the Auditorium of the District General Hospital, Monaragala and clarification of equipment can be requested at that meeting. Sealed bids in duplicate mentioning the item offered clearly on top left corner of the envelope may either be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Procurement Committee, District General Hospital, Monaragala or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the official room of the Accountant of the District General Hospital to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 08th September 2025.
