    Tenders are invited for Computerizing, Printing and Distribution of Third Term Question Papers and Relevant Stationery of 10 and 11 Grades - 2025 Non Refundable Fee (Rs.) 10,000.00 Bid Security (By Cash or Bank Security) (Rs.) 375,000/- Interested bidders can obtain the relevant bid documents from 18.08.2025 up to 09.09.2025 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on submission of a written request made to the Procurement Management Unit and submission of the receipt received from the Accountant (payments) of the Western Provincial Department of Education for the payment of the non refundable fee. The pre-bid meeting relevant to this is scheduled to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 27.08.2025 at the Auditorium on the Fourth Floor of the Western Provincial Department of Education and interested bidders can be present at the occasion. Completed bids could either be placed in the bid box kept in the official room of the Chief Accountant on the Third Floor of the Western Provincial Department of Education or sent by registered psot addresed to Western Provincial Director of Education, Western Provincial Department of Education, No. 89, Ranmagapaya, Battaramulla to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 10th September 2025. Bids received late will be rejected. Bids received will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of bids in the presence the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. All bids should be accompanied with Bid Securities valid up to 28.01.2026.
