    Tenders are invited for Development of a Digital Transformation Strategy and implementation Plan for the Guyana Water Inc (GWI) Budget:USD 160,000/-. Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must originate from a Member Country or Territory of the Inter-American Development Bank. To participate, firms must register and update their profiles with a Business Partner Number on the BEO Bidder Portal by the due date. Eligibility extends to consortia or joint ventures, with one firm acting as the primary contact. Firms should appoint a key expert with at least 15 years of relevant experience in facilitating digital transformation within governments or water utilities. Other required expertise includes a Project Manager with 10 years of managing large-scale digital transformation projects, a Digital Transformation Lead proficient in the latest digital trends, an IT Specialist familiar with IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and an understanding of cloud computing, and a Water Utility Expert with knowledge of utility operations. English proficiency is a must, and experience in managing organizational change is vital. The associated budget for the consultancy is USD 160,000 over 8 months with the location of work in the firms home country with missions in Guyana.
