    Expression of Interest for Fire Detection and Suppression Systems Upgrade at the Office of the Surveyor General Windhoek The scope of work for this project includes: Preliminary Assessment of Fire Detection System: Evaluation of the existing fire detection systems functionality Assessment of the condition of detectors, cabling, and panels. Identification of deficiencies and potential hazards. Recommendations for redesign and replacement as per applicable standards Preliminary Assessment of Fire Suppression System: Evaluation of the existing fire suppression systems. Inspection of cylinders, gas control panels, and related components. Verification of system integrity and compliance with safety standards. Recommendations for redesign, refurbishment, or replacement as necessary. Design & Build Approach: Consideration of a design & build approach for project implementation. Collaboration between consulting engineers and Installers for cost-effective and efficient solutions. Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Preliminary Budget: Provision of a preliminary budget for the project, accounting for worst-case scenarios and professional fees.
