This is subject to the following conditions: Deliver the required quantities as specified in the tender documents. Prices must be valid for a period of not less than 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes. Prices are in Israeli shekels, including tax. An official, stamped tax invoice must be issued, and its value must match the value of the financial claim. The invoice will be issued in the name of the Gaza Group for Culture and Development Association / Urgent Response / Gaza - October 2023 / Second Phase - 2025. Bidders must submit a bid bond in the amount of NIS 60,000, valid for four months from the date of submitting the bid, issued by a bank accredited by the Palestine Monetary Authority. The successful bidder must submit a bank guarantee as a performance bond valid for three months from the date of signing the contract, in the amount of 10% of the bid value, issued by a bank approved by the Palestine Monetary Authority. The preliminary session will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at the Associations main headquarters in Gaza City Al-Samar Licensing Building.
