Companies wishing to participate in this tender can obtain a copy of the tender documents starting from Wednesday 09/03/2025 until Wednesday 09/10/2025 for a non-refundable fee of (200 shekels) in cash, from the headquarters of the Gaza Group for Culture and Development Association - Al-Samar Licensing Building - Omar Al-Mukhtar Street - Gaza. Companies wishing to participate in this tender can obtain a copy of the tender documents starting from Wednesday 09/03/2025 until Wednesday 09/10/2025 for a non-refundable fee of (200 shekels) in cash, from the headquarters of the Gaza Group for Culture and Development Association - Al-Samar Licensing Building - Omar Al-Mukhtar Street - Gaza. Deir al-Balah - Al-Balad - Opposite the Magistrates Court - Law Office of Muhammad al-Masry. This is subject to the following conditions: Deliver the required quantities as specified in the tender documents. Prices must be valid for a period of not less than 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes. Prices are in Israeli shekels, including tax. An official, stamped tax invoice must be issued, and its value must match the value of the financial claim. The invoice will be issued in the name of the Gaza Group for Culture and Development Association / Urgent Response / Gaza - October 2023 / Second Phase - 2025. Bidders must submit a bid bond in the amount of NIS 60,000, valid for four months from the date of submitting the bid, issued by a bank accredited by the Palestine Monetary Authority. The successful bidder must submit a bank guarantee as a performance bond valid for three months from the date of signing the contract, in the amount of 10% of the bid value, issued by a bank approved by the Palestine Monetary Authority. The preliminary session will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at the Associations main headquarters in Gaza City Al-Samar Licensing Building. Tender envelopes will be opened at the Gaza Group for Culture and Development Association in the presence of representatives of the companies submitting the bid, on the same date as the bid submission (Thursday, September 11, 2025).
