Tenders are invited for Appointment of a Suitable Service Provider to Provide Service of a Volvo Diesel Generator Model: TWD1643GE for Period of 3 Years as an and when Requred. ISSUE DATE: 03 September 2025 CLOSING DATE: 22 September 2025 The purpose of this RFQ is to contract with a suitably qualified supplier with specific product knowledge and the requisite capacity to execute this project within the desired quality, scope, timeframe, and cost-effectiveness for ATNS. 1.3. Scope of Work 1.3.1. Provide fuel for the generator 1.3.2. Replace generator air filters 1.3.3. Perform monthly generator checks 1.4. Monthly Routine Service Check the battery & ensure all terminals are tight and clean Clean plant and all its components Grease and oil all moving parts Check water heater and hoses Test plant for 30 minutes Check automatic starting in full test mode with simulated faults on each mains phase Check the proper working of all parts, including the protective devices & fault indicators, the changeover equipment and battery charger Necessary adjustments will be made 1.5. Provide Support and Maintenance for the installed generator. Major service is required once a year or every 250 hours and will comprise the following: Clean plant and its component Grease and oil all moving parts Check water level & top up if necessary Check water heater and hoses Check & clean air filter (replace if necessary) Drain the sump and refill with fresh lubricating oil Replace oil filter Check the battery & ensure all terminals are tight and clean Test run the plant for 30 minutes Check automatic starting in full test mode with simulated faults on each mains phase Check the power working of all parts, including the protective devices and faults indicators, the change over equipment and the battery charger Necessary adjustments will be made Tender Link : https://atns.com/Tender Adverts
