A complete set of the bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders at procurement and supplies team office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 400.00(Four hundred birr), starting from the first insertion of this advertisement on the Addis Zemen Newspaper 3. Interested bidders shall come up with a copy of eligibility documents stated above for validation purpose the copy is to be submitted during purchase. 4. The sealed envelopes should contain one original and copy of Technical, Financial offer documents and bid security with a separate envelope. 5. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security Birr 100,000.00 in the form of Cash Payment Order (C.P.O) bank guaranty or unconditional bank guarantee. 6. Bids must be floated for 15 consecutive colander days from the date that the invitation to bid posted on newspaper and the bid closed on the 16th day at 10:00 A.M. 7. Bids will be opened on the 16th day at 10:15 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the bid opening at Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise Head Office Building 1, Room No. 304. If the opening date lies on holiday or not working day the bid will be opened on the next working day. Exact date will mention on the bid document. 8. The winner bidder shall furnish 10% of the contract amount as performance security within 7 days as of the contract signing date.
