Tenders are invited for Dog Sterilization Programme - 2025 Implementation of the Dog Sterilization Programme within the Southern Province under the Provisions of the Ministry of Health for the Year 2025. 01. Institutions and Individuals Fulfilling the following Basic Qualifications may Apply for this Purpose: I. Applicants must be Qualified Veterinary Surgeons. (Veterinary Degree Certificate and Certificate of Registration from the Veterinary Medical Council are Required.) Ii. Applicants must have Implemented a Relevant Programme Covering at Least One Province for a Minimum Period of One Year. (A Recommendation from the Provincial Director of Health Services of the Relevant Province should be Submitted.) 02. Tender Application Forms may be Obtained from the Office of the Provincial Director of Health Sendees, Southern Province, at the Address below, from 2025.08.29 to 2025.09.12, on Working Days, between 9.00 a.m. And 3.00 p.m. To Obtain Application Forms, the following must be Submitted: A Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 1,000.00 a Refundable Deposit of Rs. 50,000.00 These Payments should be Made in Cash to the Chief Accountant of this Department, and the Receipt, along with the Above-Mentioned Documents, should be Presented. Completed Application Forms should be Sent by Registered Post to the Address below or Placed in the Tender Box Kept at the Office of the Provincial Director of Health Services to Receive at or before 10.30 a.m. On 2025.09.15. The Top Left-Hand Corner of the Envelope Containing the Tender should be Marked as: Tender for Dog Sterilization Programme - 2025 Tenders Received after the Deadline will be Rejected.
