Tenders are invited for Updating Fire Hose Reel System and Service Agreement The Chairman of the Department Procurement Committee, on behalf of the University of the Visual and Performing Arts, invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified bidders for updating and maintaining the fire hose reel systems at the following university premises: Rajagiriya Female Hostel - Buildings A and B Rajagiriya Female Hostel - Building F Dehiwala Female Hostel Dehiwala Male Hostel Dance and Drama Building - Albert Crescent Green Building - Horton Place A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language can be purchased from the General Administration Division, 2nc^ Floor, Administration Building, University of the Visual and Performing Arts, No.21 , Albert Crescent, Colombo 07 on working days from 29.08.2025 until 18.09.2025 from 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM upon payment of a non-refundable document fee LKR Three Thousand Five Hundred (LKR 3,500.00). The method of payment will be by cash. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, addressed to: Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, University of the Visual and Performing Arts, No. 21, Albert Crescent, Colombo 07. Place the bids in the Tender Box located at the General Administration Division (2nd Floor, Administration Building) at or before 2:30 p.m. on 19.09.2025. Bid Validity and Bid Security All bids must remain valid until 19.12.2025. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR One Hundred Thousand (LKR 100,000.00) in favor of the Vice Chancellor, University of the Visual and Performing Arts, obtained from a Central Bank approved Commercial Bank operating in Sri Lanka or cash deposit valid up to 16.01.2026.
