    Tenders are invited for Making a Roof to Prevent the Water Leak in Surgical Ward Complex ICTAD Grade: 7 or Above Bid Document Fee (Rs.): 3,500.00/- Bid Security Deposit (Rs.): 239,000.00/- When the quotations are invited under National Competitive Bidding Procedure for building construction and repairs Regional Preference of 5% and Grade preference will be applicable as per Public Finance Circular No. 4/2016 (ii) for contracts below Rs. 50 million. At the time of obtaining bid documents, bidder should submit the receipt obtained from the Accountant of this Hospital or the receipt obtained upon crediting the amount to Account No. 7040277 maintained in favour of Director, District General Hospital, Polonnaruwa at the Kaduruwela Branch of Bank of Ceylon along with a letter of request on a company letterhead.
