    Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consulting Firm for Training Women and Youth in Managerial and Commercial Techniques, Supporting Their Structuring into Cooperatives and Providing Follow-up Support; And (Ii) Training Municipal Agents on Emergency Crisis Management and Municipal Management of Vulnerable Populations The objective of these services is to: o Strengthen the managerial and commercial capacities of women and youth in the Savane region; o Support their organization into cooperatives and ensure monitoring and support of the cooperatives established; o Build the capacities of municipal agents in emergency crisis management and in managing vulnerable populations at the municipal level. 3. The Society for Urban and Semi-Urban Water and Sanitation Assets (SP-EAU), acting as the executing agency, invites consulting firms to submit their applications to provide the above services. Interested consultants must provide information demonstrating their qualifications and relevant experience (documentation: diplomas and certificates, references for similar assignments, experience in comparable missions, availability of qualified staff with CVs, etc.). Consultants may form associations to enhance their chances of qualification. 4. Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the shortlist, and the selection procedure will be in accordance with the Procurement Framework for Operations Financed bthe African Development Bank Group (October 2015 edition, effective January 1, 2016), available on the AfDB website: http://www.afdb.org.
