Expression of Interest for Consultancy for Farmstead Planning, Infrastructure Design, and Construction Supervision of the Model Farm Surrounding the Cuamba Agro Processing Hub (APH). The services included under this project are conducted in two phases, namely: Phase I - conceptualization and master planning of the 31-hectare farmstead to ensure optimal land use, functionality, and alignment with the operational needs of the Agro-Processing Hub (APH) and its supporting ecosystem (ATCs and Aggregation Centers). a) 31 Ha Farmstead Planning; b) Infrastructure (inter alia: 1Ha fencing, 120m2 warehouse, 30m2 office) detailed engineering design and supervision works; c) Environmental & Social Studies. Phase 2 - Supervision of farmstead surrounding Cuamba Agro-Processing Hub, (1Ha perimeter fencing, warehouse, training and office building, irrigation system, water and power supply) planned for 18 (eighteen) months including the Defect Liability Period of 12 (twelve) months. 3.
