Tenders are invited for Sewerage Pipe Installation Genuk B CWIS-06 The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Citywide Inclusive Sanitation Project (CISP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 2. The Settlement Infrastructure Implementation Work Unit for Central Java Region III, Directorate General of Human Settlement, Ministry of Public Works (the Employer) invites bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Sewerage Pipe Installation Genuk B CWIS-06 (the Works). 3. Open competitive bidding National advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADBs Single-Stage: One Envelope without Prequalification procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: (a) Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD 9,326,945.37 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 (three) years (2022, 2023 and 2024). (b) For Single Entities: The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in Bidding Document, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of USD 1,554,490.90. For Joint Ventures: The Joint Venture must demonstrate that the combined financial resources of all partners, less all the partners total financial obligations for the current contract commitments defined in Bidding Document, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of USD 1,554,490.90. One partner must demonstrate that its financial resources less its financial obligations for its own current contract commitments defined in Bidding Document, meet or exceed its required share of 40% from the total requirement for the Subject Contract.
