Tenders are invited for Construction of 2 Boreholes in Panfilov District, Chui Regio. 1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Enhancing climate-resilient ground water management approaches project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 2. The Water Resources Services under the Ministry of the Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (the Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Construction of 2 boreholes in Panfilov District, Chui Region (the Works). 3. Open competitive bidding National advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADBs Single-Stage: One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: Minimum average annual construction turnover of KGS 46 000 000 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years. Participation as a contractor, or subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds KGS 20 000 000. 5.
