Tenders are invited for Allotment of Exclusive Outdoor Advertisement Rights for the Display of Advertisements at the Existing LED Display Screen with Operation & Maintenance Installed in the Premises of Presidents College, Rajagiriya A complete set of Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written request to the address below upon payment of non - refundable fee of LKR 3,500.00 (The payment shall be made by cash) from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on any working day from 27.08.2025 to 15.09.2025 To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and the qualification requirements will include, i. should have at least total turnover or, Rupees One million (Rs. 1,000,000.00) or more during last financial year viz. 2023-24 OR Rupees Eight hundred Thousand (Rs. 800,000.00) from such advertisement businesses during each of last three financial years, viz. 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 ii. The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments and exclusive of any advance payments which may be made under the contract, shall be not less than LKR 1.5 Mn. iii. Experience in the advertisement businesses of at least one contract of a nature and complexity equivalent successful contracts for running advertisement sites (Outdoor advertisement / LED Screens during last five years of value not less than Rupees 1,500,000.00 per annum OR Two successful contracts for running advertisement sites (Outdoor advertisement hoarding/ LED Screens during last five years of value not less than Rs 900,000.00 per annum OR Three successful contracts for running advertisement sites (Outdoor advertisement hoarding/LED Screens during last five years of value not less than Rs 600,000.00 per annum. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security to the value of LKR 50,000.00 (LKR Fifty Thousand.) paid in cash deposit to Tourist Board (WP) or a bank guarantee of Rs 50,000.00 (LKR Fifty Thousand.) addressed to The Chairman, Tourist Board (W.R), 8th Floor, Western Province New Building Complex, 204, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla as in Annexure-7.
