Tenders are Invited for Competitive Frame Contract for Ground Segment Engineering, Mission Operations and Engineering Support Services to Space Traffic (GOFX). Open Date: 26/08/2025 11:37 CET Closing Date: 15/10/2025 13:00 CET Price Range: 500 KEURO The subject of this procurement proposal is the Competitive Frame Contract for Ground Segment Engineering, Mission Operations and Engineering Support Services to Space Traffic (GOFX). This frame contract succeeds the current GOF9 frame contract following its termination at the end of 2026 and service provision will start in January 2027. The frame contract covers the procurement of industrial services and deliverables at ESOC in the following domains: (1) Mission Operations Services including mission operations preparation and mission operations security, (2) Ground Operations Services including support to pre-launch activities in the areas of system configuration, integration and operations preparation, (3) Mission Operations IT and Operational Control Centre Services including the transformation and continuous evolution of the operational computer, communications, and control centre infrastructure as well the operational facilities, (4) Space Communication Engineering Services including development and evolution of R/F and optical systems as well as ground station (backend) systems and interoperable communications architectures, (5) System Application Engineering Services including mission data systems development and maintenance, end-to-end ground segment system engineering, and cybersecurity engineering , and (6) Engineering Support Services to Space Traffic including provisioning of products and services in the area of space debris. OPS depends on these industrial services for successful provision of mission operations and ground segment engineering support to institutional missions and third parties.
