Open Date: 26/08/2025 16:33 CET Closing Date: 15/10/2025 13:00 CET Price Range: 500 KEURO The ESA Tracking Stations Network (ESTRACK) is a strategic infrastructure, ensuring European independent access to space. ESTRACK provides global space link connectivity for a wide range of ESA and external missions, e.g. Low and Near Earth, Cis-Lunar, Deep Spaceand Human Spaceflight.ESTRACK ground stations are equipped with a Monitoring Control (MC) system which is the basis for the high-level of automation achieved in the operations of the stations. The purpose of this activity is the configuration and tailoring ofthis system to support the individual spacecraft missions from the stations, enable the monitoring and commanding of the different ground station functionalities, adopt new operational concepts and allow MC of new devices that are deployed to the stations duringupgrades.The service requires detailed understanding of the station operability, MC systems andautomation language and interfaces. It requires close interactions with the assigned stationengineers and the representatives from the supported missions.The tailoring activity encompasses the production of procedures written in a dedicatedtailoring language, for which the IPR shall vest in the Agency.The support covers, in particular, tailoring, test validation, training, maintenance, first linesupport and incidentanalysis.Read more Tender Link : https://esastar-publication-ext.sso.esa.int/ESATenderActions/filter/open
