    Tenders are invited for Purchase Electronics, Car and Motorcycle Tires , and Various Furniture Bidders must have a valid and renewed business license in the sector and be able to provide sufficient evidence ( clearance ) that they have not paid the required taxes . Bid security must be submitted in the form of a bank- certified CPO of 30,000.00 ( thirty thousand ) per lot in the name of the City Treasury Office of Furi ( CPO of Sinke Bank is preferred ) . Bidders must fill out the bid document , seal the original and photocopy in separate envelopes , write their name and address , and submit it to the box provided for this purpose at the Procurement and Asset Management Department, Second Floor , Office No. 02 , Furi Sub - City Finance Office . Bidders must be registered for Value Added Tax ( VAT ) . The price quoted by bidders must include VAT (15 % ) . Bidders must be able to deliver the winning items to the location designated by the office . The winning bidders will only receive the goods when they meet the required quality standards and are verified by a professional and quality inspection committee . The goods offered by bidders must be from stock or their own store and must be of good quality . Bidders must provide a sample of the goods they are bidding on .
