The Juaben Municipal Assembly has received from the Ministry of Local Government Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs (MLGCRA) through the Administrator of District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) and NHIS Fund and wish to apply some for eligible payment of works for the provision of infrastructure to improve the health its people as indicated in the table below: 2. The Juaben Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the construction of the works indicated above. 3. Tendering and selection of the Contractors will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663,) as Amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement of the Republic of Ghana. 4. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain Tender Document at the address below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH300.00) from the Procurement Unit at the address given below from 10:00am hours to 3:00pm hours GMT on working days from 25th August 2025. 5. Tenderers are to include in their tender the underlisted Statutory requirement: Valid Business Registration Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Valid Labour Certificate Valid PPA Registration Certificate Valid Tax Clearance Certificate Valid Works and housing Certificate 6. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the Conference Room of the address below on or before10:00 hours GMT on Wednesday 17th September 2025. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Municipal Assemblys Conference Room at 10:30 hours GMT.
