    Tenders are invited for Construction of New Communication Tower and Ancillary Works at Grand Bassin. The Central Electricity Board is inviting proposals from eligible local and international biddersthrough the Government e-Procurement Systemfor the Construction of New Communication Tower and Ancillary Works at Grand Bassin Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2025/9695. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 06 October 2025at 13.30 hours (Local time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 06 October 2025as from 15.01 hours (Local time) tillWednesday 08 October 2025at 13.30 hours. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 08 October 2025as from 13.45 hours. Conference Room 3rd Floor (New Building), CEB Office, Royal Road, Curepipe A site visit is scheduled on Thursday 11 September 2025 at 10.30 hours on the site at Grand Bassin. The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
